In a medium saucepan, heat oil over med- high heat. Brown meat until no longer pink and edges start to crisp.

Add the frozen vegetables and cook until tender. Toss in the garlic and spices.

Stir in the tomatoes and water and bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes to combine flavors.

Add the beans and cook for another 10 minutes.
